Okay, it's really not meant to be as cynical as it sounds. Well, maybe a little. Well, maybe more than that. Only with regards to my previous journal entry, though, which was full of hopes for improvement for my creative output. Which has been... hmm, let's see... just about exactly nil.

Holiday concerts are past now; panicked last-minute shopping/wrapping/baking is the present. I'm hoping for a nice week of quiet puttering about the house in the future.

I have been a part of the "Project That Just Won't Die". Which, I suppose, makes sense, considering the main antagonist is an angsty undead woman with an affinity for fire. :faint:
However (knock on wood) I think we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. And despite the fact that I'm just a lowly paper-pusher in the grand scheme of things, I am soooooo grateful to have it kind of go away for a while. (I'm not going to say it will go away "forever", because franchise material unfortunately doesn't do that until someone REALLY KILLS IT DEAD, and I don't think we really did that horrible of a job with it.)

You're probably tired of getting comments asking this, but will you please continue that brilliant gem of a fanfiction, "In the Name of Power"? I read it yesterday and was completely blown away! It is so masterfully written!
I had to go back to it and re-read several scenes, because the imagery was sublime.
There are many fanfictions I followed that died out, but this one has to be the one I wish would pick up again the most.

Hello. I was woundering if you have any plans to complete your Trinity Blood fic "In the Name of Power" because you left us all hanging at the end.

I do have plans to complete it, but yeah, work and a nasty case of writer's block has put it on hold for a long time. I'm very sorry for the hiatus!
